Realtor Jimmy Carroll appointed to Accommodations Tax Committee.

Lifelong Island resident, Jimmy Carroll, is nominated and approved by the Isle of Palms City Council to the Room Accommodations Tax Committee. Jimmy owns the oldest owner started real estate company on the Isle of Palms specializing in both sales and in the vacation rental of single-family homes on the island. Carroll Realty Inc. has always promoted tourism to those who want to share the island lifestyle, whether it’s for a week’s vacation or for a lifetime. Tourism is the single largest income producer for the Isle of Palms. The Room Accommodations Tax Committee is given the responsibility of how that revenue is spent within state-mandated guidelines.
